Domino's Pizza in Bad Homburg

Always been satisfied with the food and service. Pizza always arrives warm. I usually wait no more than 20-25 minutes.

Super Service. Branch is very clean. No long waiting times. The quality of the pizza is very good, everything is always fresh and tasty. Better than Pizza Hut (not greasy) Parking situation could be better.

I don't know of any delivery service that is so fast (within 15-20 minutes), has such exclusive combinations and this vegan pizza is indescribably excellent. It is a pity that it does not deliver to Friedrichsdorf (always order from work from HG). That would be a wish of mine. Simply introduce a delivery fee. I pay too?

Very bad experience. I ordered a pizza and two cookies. I only get my food after an hour, the cookies are not included. Driver says he'll bring them right after, which I didn't find so bad now. I'm opening my pizza that's already chilled. I call the branch, the guy on the phone says it can't be that the driver might not pack the pizza properly and that's why it's chilled and he can't help it. What a cheek... After an hour of waiting I get my pizza and after 2 hours I get my cookies ... Very bad service, staff so unapologetic. Catastrophe... I turn a blind eye to delays AND partial deliveries, which is how I deal with customers. As a regular customer, I don't order anything anymore!

I ordered a vegan pizza it was ready after 10 minutes. The pizza tasted very good and the staff was very friendly. Will be back.

As I know Domino's Pizza from the USA and have often ordered there, I was really happy to finally try Domino's Pizza in Germany and my expectations were high. Unfortunately I was totally disappointed. The staff were friendly, but there was only a fixed selection of pizzas like in the restaurant and not like in the USA where Domino's are ordered according to the "build-your-own-pizza-principle". There were cool, special varieties, but the prices are also relatively high. Unfortunately, the pizza I ordered was also very disappointing. Dry, sticky, relatively tasteless, little topping. At least there are some cool desserts and the American cheesecake tasted really good.

Lousy rip-offs! 4 pizzas that cost 22 € online, cost 36 € on site, you get insulted when asked, just as social. The pizzas were all limp and not at all like I'm used to from Dominos, but what can you expect from listless and unfriendly staff. Nobody wore a face mask, says it all, they don't care about the customers, poor certificate for the company! Even one star is far too much :(

The pizzas are freshly prepared, including the batter, and you can taste that too.

80 minutes for two cold pizzas that didn't even taste not recommended

It took several calls and 80 minutes of waiting to finally receive a full order. On the phone, the message that the food that was first delivered was now cold was also reacted with extremely cheeky. In the background: "What does the old woman want, we have enough to do here." That was the last order as a former regular customer.

You have to be aware that this pizza has nothing to do with Italian. Clearly classified as fast food. So far I always took the vegan pizza, and I was also happy that there were vegan offers. The toppings and sauces are already quite good in taste, and often a bit powerful. The dough is more like cardboard in terms of taste. Often too thin.

One star too much for this zero ... Pizza ordered directly via the app and nowhere clearly visible the point that Oberursel is not covered by the delivery service. The driver calls and stands one town further (5.5km) in the street of the same name. First call me then the boss again and then call me again just to tell me. Sorry boss says I have to deliver it back to the branch so that I can pick it up instead of just making this 7min walk (Google Maps) to me. No, it would be too easy, instead pick up the pizza and eat it cold. Don't even try to provide customer service (you could say we put it in the oven again). Just one YES! There is no money back either, really under the bastard of the shop. Hopefully you all burn your dirty bugs on the stove.

Highly recommended, friendly staff Pizza is prepared super quickly when you pick it up. The selection is also very large (pasta, wraps, milkshakes, etc.) and changes constantly. The delivery is also quick and the pizza tastes like fresh from the oven. My favorite pizzeria in Bad Homburg.

By far the best pizzeria in Bad Homburg. The pizza is just great and orders take no longer than 25-30 minutes. Always happy world class :)

Ordered for the first time today! Ordered every weekend for years and were surprised today, very tasty, quick and cheap, great salad! Excellent !

by mistake we pay the pizza twice, by Paypal and in cash to the delivery, when we call to talk about what happened, the delivery was disregarded and kept the money

Clean, good food and it has friendly Staff. Great place to take a break or to order from. The delivery is pretty fast as well.
